Shipping & Returns

All orders will be processed as soon as payment is cleared.

All orders from stock will be shipped same day providing cleared payment is received before 1pm.
Any items not in stock will be ordered and sent out as soon as possible, This is normally 2-3 days.
All items are sent by Recorded delivery or Business Post.
All deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery.

Any delays in shipping and we will contact you by phone or email.

Returns.

Any items which is to be returned will be at the Customers expense unless we have supplied the wrong item.
Any item which is to be returned will only be accepted with an Returns Number clearly marked on the parcel.
To obtain your returns number you must email us at sales@fagorboilerspares.co.uk where you will be emailed back with the returns number.
Items which are not required are subject to a restocking charge of 25% and postage is non refundable.
PCB's are non returnable unless proved to be faulty and will then be replaced, No Credit will be paid.
Due to the increase of people trying parts to see if this cures the problem then returning the items as not required we have had to enforce these measures.
